Reporting to the Superintendent, the Earthworks Foreman leads field operations on heavy civil construction sites with a focus on excavation, grading, and road building. This role is responsible for directing a crew and coordinating equipment to meet project timelines and quality standards. The ideal candidate is a working leader with experience in large-scale earthworks, road construction, and paving prep.
This position is based in Grande Prairie, and we are seeking candidates who can commit to the full duration of the construction season.
