GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL POSITIONS:

• Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• A positive attitude and team-oriented approach

Responsibilities:

• Assist with digging, trenching, grading, and other excavation-related tasks
• Move, load, and unload materials as required
• Operate hand tools and power equipment as needed
• Ensure site safety and clean-up procedures are followed
• Work alongside equipment operators and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Operate a variety of heavy equipment including excavators, backhoes, skid steers, and bulldozers
• Experience in water, sewer, Foundation excavation is an ASSET
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery
• Work alongside labourers to ensure proper execution of excavation and earthwork tasks
• Ensure adherence to safety standards on job sites
• Assist in other tasks as needed
• Asset for class 3 licens

• Mow, trim, and maintain lawns for residential and commercial clients
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as needed
• Perform general lawn care tasks such as aerating, overseeding, and edging
• Maintain and clean equipment regularly
• Interact with clients and provide excellent customer servic
