Reporting to the Project Superintendent, these positions will provide effective hands-on supervision of the project workforce to deliver contracted works in accordance with the client program. This role will be responsible for effective management of workers including subcontractors, planning and monitoring daily schedule of work, regular communication with site leadership and other stakeholders, encouraging a positive safety culture, and ensuring quality, safety, and environmental systems are met.

• Experience in supervising civil construction projects
• Knowledge of the civil construction industry
• Extensive experience in supervising workers and performance outcomes effectively
• Extensive experience in supervising bulk earthworks or civil works
• Knowledge and experience in the application of Integrated Quality Management and Safety Systems
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Able to identify, analyse and solve technical problems
• Capable of contributing to the development of reporting, progress claims, and safety documentation
• Qualification / training in Civil Supervision and/or equivalent years of experience
• Current Queensland Open Drivers Licence
• General Construction Induction (white card)
