SUMMARY
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager with at least five years of experience selling into the Audio/Video marketplace. This position covers our eastern region. The candidate should reside in this territory and have experience managing AV industry manufacturers’ reps and calling on AV integrators. Previous experience with DSP is preferred.
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy—managing channel partners, identifying customer needs, and implementing targeted action plans to achieve ambitious sales goals. Your deep understanding of AV solutions will be essential in delivering value and building trust.
We’re seeking a motivated communicator with a strong track record in AV sales who’s ready to expand our customer base and elevate our brand reputation across the region.
REQUIREMENTS
· · Minimum 5 years’ experience as a regional sales manager
· Experience managing rep firms
· Experience working with AV Integrators in the eastern Region
· Experience with CRM software and sales funnel management
· Excellent communication skills
· Keen understanding of Symetrix products and competitive landscape and how to position
· Ability to travel 30% of the time
· BS in Marketing or Business Administration a plus
