We have an amazing opportunity for a Eastmont - Wait Staff (Part-Time) to join our team! From $15 per hour DOE. Work hours 4:55p to 7:30p a couple evenings a week, every other weekend, alternating Holidays. What you need to succeed: Must have good communication skills and be able to read, write, take menu orders, Desire to work with senior adults and their families. Good organizational skills. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and want to work in a team environment. Maintains confidentiality of resident information. Be honest, dependable and reliable Be able to pass a Food Prep Safe Course provided by Eastmont. Must be able to frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, grasp and talk. Must be able to lift up to 25#. Essential functions & responsibilities Serves food and beverages with a pleasant demeanor, restaurant style to residents in the dining room. Accomplishes other duties to include, but not limited to: clean, bus tables, reset tables and complete required assigned daily cleaning tasks. Complies with all federal and state health regulations and current food code requirements. Ensures foods are maintained at proper temperatures. Participates in personal and professional growth by attending mandatory in-services, scheduled department meetings and any other required training on or off campus. Required Education & Experience Must be at least age 16. Responsibilities
The Wait Staff serves food and beverages restaurant-style to residents in the dining room with a pleasant demeanor. Additional duties include cleaning, bussing, resetting tables, and completing assigned daily cleaning tasks while adhering to health regulations.
