What sets our Early Talent Programs apart: Each individual's development experience is customized to help participants reach their potential; no two participants will have the same experience or set of responsibilities. Bachelor's degree in labor psychology, Administration or similar from an accredited institution, with a graduation date no more than 2 years ago and average of 8.0 or higher Geographical flexibility to relocate. Ability to speak a second language fluenty (English) Demonstrated ability to lead others within campus and/or community Having performed an extracurricular activity at the same time as the professional career: sports, job experience, academic exchange or others.
