What sets our Early Talent Programs apart: Each individual's development experience is customized to help participants reach their potential; no two participants will have the same experience or set of responsibilities. - Bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechatronic Engineering or similar from an accredited institution, with a graduation date no more than 2 years ago and general average of 8.0 or higher - Geographical flexibility to relocate - Ability to speak a second language fluently (English) - Having performed an extracurricular activity at the same time as the professional career: sports, job experience, academic exchange, or others - Demonstrated ability to lead others within campus and/or community - At least 6 months of prior internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing setting.
