Start making an IMPACT! The Role: EAVF Sr. CS&Q Engineer What will you do? Ensure that complaints are resolved effectively and without delay and that those not resolved at the entity organization level have been escalated and taken into account in the competent entities. Pilot the Supply Qualification Module (SQM) and the Supplier performance (SPM) at the level of the plant, with a coordination role (hierarchical or functional) of quality assurance engineers. Support the Supplier Approval Module (SAM). Take any necessary actions to make sure that the product will satisfy customer requirements and is the driving force in implementing continuous quality improvement, with a coordination role (hierarchical or functional) with entity, BU, Supplier and sometimes other stakeholders within the organization. Drive resolution of quality issues through systematic containment, correction, and prevention strategies Identify and mitigate potential quality risks through proactive analysis and preventive measures Coach and coordinate quality assurance engineers while managing supplier relationships What qualifications will make you successful for this role? Minimum of 5 years Experience in Quality with a proven track record in the utilization of various quality tools to achieve desired outcomes. Knowledge in 8D, Kaizen, DMAIC, 5-Why, PFMEA, Product & Process Qualification Processes, Project Management Engineering Graduate (ME, EE, ECE, IE) Proven track record in quality management and audit processes Deep understanding of quality management systems and regulatory compliance requirements Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in root cause analysis and problem-solving Demonstrated ability to influence and drive improvements across organizational boundaries Excellence in project management and cross-functional team leadership Let us learn about you!
