  • Experience of working with eBilling systems and knowledge of the eBilling processes is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities
  • Review & submission of eBills into various eBilling portals;
  • Tracking of invoice lifecycle across our finance system;
  • Appropriate electronic filing of all documentation;
  • Presentation of eBilling data to assigned offices;
  • All related administrative duties as instructed by Team Lead in order to successfully submit our eBills.
  • Resolving data issues which prevent successful submissions;
  • Deal with telephone and mailbox enquiries and queries;
  • Provide general support and advice within the eBilling department
  • Involvement in ad hoc projects.
