Description
You will support the development, enhancement, and deployment of the Operational Assessment (OpA) process to promote excellence in operational units and functions worldwide. Additionally, you will develop innovative EBS training programs focused on global manufacturing excellence. You will also provide back-up support for the administration and management of the EBS Assessment process. In addition, you will manage the Pune-based learning and instructional design support team, which currently consists of two resources. Partner with the EBS Executive Governance Council and EBS Process Owners to review and update EBS and OpA Maturity Roadmaps; develop success measures for each element/process; and create tools and playbooks to foster maturity across the enterprise. Participate in the recruitment, selection, training, assessment, recognition, and retention of EBS Elements to ensure the robustness of all EBS tools, processes, and systems. Serve as the Program Leader for the global immersive AscendX Plant Manager Development Program and ensure key program performance results are yielding expected organizational benefits as designed. Serve as the EBS Program office lead for the Corporate CI Award program, including attending monthly sessions, managing the nomination process for EBS Office CI projects for the program, and deploying training and communication as needed. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Minimum 5 years of global ownership experience within a multinational organization Minimum 3 years of direct people management experience Minimum 5 years of experience leading Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or related projects PMP/Six Sigma certifications and Program Management experience a plus Comfortable communicating with and influencing leaders at all levels of an organization within the manufacturing industry. Strategic mindset with the ability to influence without authority. Sufficient management presence, polish, and credibility to effectively communicate new concepts and influence senior Sector/Division management. Demonstrated management expertise and presence to establish credibility and effectively direct members of the extended Senior Leadership teams toward world-class performance company-wide.
