Toll International is seeking talented professionals to support high-impact projects with the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey. POSITION OVERVIEW

The eBuilder Business Analyst will provide specialized system administration and business analysis services in support of the Port Authority’s Tennant Construction and Alteration Process (TCAP) within the Agency’s eBuilder platform. This role ensures engineering document integrity, standardization, and compliance, while supporting construction documentation management, reporting, and workflow optimization.
The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for TCAP-related projects within eBuilder, collaborating closely with internal departments, external stakeholders, and the Engineering Department’s eBuilder Administrator to enhance workflows, maintain system functionality, and deliver training to users.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college (advanced degree preferred).
  • Strong system analysis skills, including the ability to produce system requirements documents.
  • Proven analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe Acrobat Pro, and working knowledge of eBuilder.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Developer/Super Admin-level knowledge of eBuilder.
  • Experience supporting construction industry project management, document management, and financial reporting systems.
  • Proficiency with enterprise content management tools such as OpenText and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI report creation.
  • Prior experience working with large public agencies or utility organizations.

REQUIRED SOFT SKILLS

  • Self-motivated, quick learner with strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and project requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary administrator and point of contact for TCAP projects in eBuilder, supporting internal and external users including tenants, contractors, and design professionals.
  • Perform day-to-day system administration tasks such as project setup, user provisioning, template maintenance, and document folder structure support.
  • Implement project/program-level modifications, including configuration of data fields, reports, dashboards, and templates.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, workflows, and acceptance criteria; assist in testing and user acceptance.
  • Maintain and update reporting fields to reflect project milestones and status.
  • Troubleshoot TCAP workflows, ensuring compliance between layout and user permissions.
  • Prepare and deliver program- and project-level reports on key performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain reporting systems and dashboards for various internal review groups.
  • Provide in-person and online training to eBuilder users; update training materials and develop step-by-step reference manuals.
  • Serve as backup for general Engineering help desk support.
  • Perform additional business analysis services as needed, including documenting processes, recommending solutions, and supporting testing.
