EBUILDER TECHNICIAN

Work Mode: Remote/Hybrid (occasional on-site at Port Authority facilities as required)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with eBuilder or other construction management software (eBuilder highly preferred)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Administrator-level knowledge of eBuilder
  • Experience supporting construction industry project management and document management systems
  • Familiarity with OpenText, SharePoint, or Microsoft Power BI
  • Experience working with large public agencies or utility organizations
Responsibilities

ROLE:

Toll International is seeking an eBuilder Technician (Level 1 Specialist) to provide day-to-day administrative and technical support for the Tenant Construction and Alteration Process (TCAP) program in The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for assisting users, maintaining project data, and supporting system enhancements within the agency’s eBuilder platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as Level 1 technical support for TCAP eBuilder users (internal staff, tenants, contractors, and design professionals)
  • Assist with account unlocks, access issues, workflow troubleshooting, and file upload/download support
  • Set up new projects in eBuilder, including user provisioning, document folder structures, templates, and mail merges
  • Maintain and update reporting fields, dashboards, and templates to reflect accurate project status
  • Troubleshoot workflows to ensure compliance with folder structures and user permissions
  • Assist with process improvements, including documenting requirements, testing, and supporting user acceptance
  • Generate program and project-level reports to track performance metrics and key dates
  • Provide in-person and online training to end-users on eBuilder functionality and updates
  • Act as a liaison between the TCAP main office, Engineering Solutions, and Document Control Administration
