Job Description Job Summary: As an eBusiness Manager I, you'll oversee financials for an online product category and manage its strategy, profitability mix, and execution. You'll help drive product content, maintain a critical eye for customers, analyze web KPIs / user behavior, and manage assigned special projects. Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:• Sales / Analytics:• Assists in development of overall profitability strategy for online shopping experience• Develops / presents standardized reports, trends, and analytics to manage portfolio; creates insights using data and analytics to make / influence decisions• Maintains a relentless critical eye for all things related to UE; removes as much friction across purchase funnel as possible• Develops expertise in online merchandising and related best practices• Establishes / manages relationships; partners with Merchant team to understand business strategy, implement programs, merchant update reports, and creating product collections / web home page• Works with Mgr to determine optimal digital category placement on online platforms• Reviews moderate KPIs and web behavior metrics to generate data-driven insights and actions• Manages assigned product recommendations, basket builders, and trade-up strategies; recommends product enhancements• Stays current on trends and competition; helps develop online competitive analysis as needed• Maintains flow of products and seasonal flips while analyzing yearly offering holistically The responsibilities and essential functions outlined above describe the general nature and level of work assigned to this position.
