Description

Job Summary: Responsible for executing validation activities for e-cooling compressor including testing in real applications. Assists in developing test plans, testing and completing test reports to ensure reliable product delivery for automotive and stationary cooling applications. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing validation plans and test specifications for e-cooling compressors. Participate in test bench setup, test execution, data recording, and analysis. Support the development team in basic issue analysis and troubleshooting. Support field testing including test plan preparation, test setup by customers and data evaluation. Organize test reports and documentation and assist in preparing customer deliverables. Conduct daily technical communication with internal and external teams under guidance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Thermodynamics or related field. 2–3 years of experience in testing/validation, preferably in e-cooling systems or thermal management with focus on refrigeration compressors Familiarity with automotive and stationary electronic testing standards (e.g., ISO 16750) is preferred. Strong teamwork mindset and learning agility. Basic English communication skills with the ability to read technical documents in English.
