JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant to support our team in providing exceptional care and education to children. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and have experience working with children in a classroom or caregiving setting. The Assistant will play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment that fosters learning and development for all children, including those with disabilities.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience working with children in an educational or caregiving capacity is preferred.
  • Knowledge of early childhood education principles is beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
  • Monitor children’s progress and behavior, providing feedback to educators as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress and any concerns.
