We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for working with children and those with disabilities. REQUIREMENTS

• Experience working in a classroom setting or similar educational environment is preferred.
• Background in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable.
• Previous experience working with children, particularly those with disabilities, is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children’s growth and development.

• Assist in the implementation of educational programs and activities tailored to the needs of children, including those with disabilities.
• Provide support in classroom management, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and caregivers to develop individualized plans for students.
• Facilitate group activities that encourage social interaction and skill development among children.
• Maintain communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and needs.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to early childhood education and caregiving practices.
