We have a beautiful, purpose built Childcare and Learning Centre on a picturesque site in Lockerbie Estate, Morrinsville. Job Description The role will involve working closely with the owners and leading a team of highly experienced and capable teachers across three rooms. You will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the Centre and ensuring best practice across all areas of the business, including staff management, curriculum, compliance, policies and procedures. You will also ensure the centre delivers the highest quality of education and care. Qualifications To succeed in this role you will: Be an accomplished leader with a collaborative style and the ability to encourage staff to support organisational goals Have excellent communication and relationship building skills and you will build strong connections with the children, parents, caregivers, whanau and the wider community Have a sound understanding of ministry requirements and a real desire to make a difference to children in their early years Additional Information This is a rare opportunity to make your mark and be involved in an incredible centre.
