JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated School Program Staff to join our team. This role is essential in creating a positive and supportive learning environment for students. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds, including those with disabilities. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred.
  • Background in early childhood education or teaching is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of special education practices and experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Excellent leadership abilities to guide students positively within the program.
  • Effective writing skills for documentation and communication purposes.
