We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Educator (ECE) or Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECEA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong background in early childhood education. Priority will be given to candidates with prior experience in afterschool programs.

*REQUIREMENTS:*

  • Certification as an Early Childhood Educator (ECE) or Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECEA).
  • Proven experience working with young children, preferably in an afterschool or similar setting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment for children.
  • First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

*PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:*

  • Experience in planning and leading outdoor activities.
  • Familiarity with a variety of educational curricula and teaching methods.
  • Can speak Chinese

  • Supervise and engage children in outdoor activities and various educational programs during the afterschool hours from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM.

  • Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive and supportive team atmosphere.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their children’s progress and daily activities.
