REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in early childhood education or caregiving is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children and parents.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Understanding of the Montessori method is an asset but not required.
  • Compassionate attitude towards working with young children.
