Max’inux Childcare Society s seeking Full-Time Early Childhood Educator (ECE) and Infant Toddler Educator (TT) to join our warm, collaborative, and professional team.
We are a licensed multi-aged childcare dedicated to play-based learning and creating a nurturing, engaging environment for both children and educators. We’re looking for someone who is committed, caring, and ready to grow with us.
What We’re Looking For:* Both a certified Early Childhood Educator (ECE) and a Infant Toddler Educator who is passionate about early learning.* A dependable and reflective team player who brings creativity, warmth, and professionalism to their work.*
Someone who thrives in a collaborative, child-led environment and values respectful relationships with families and coworkers.
Requirements:* Valid ECE or IT Certification (ECE) in British Columbia.
* Only applicants with Early Childhood certification will be considered
* Current First Aid & CPR certification.* Clear Criminal Record Check.
* Experience working with children ages 0-5.
Wage & Benefits:* $22-23/hour, plus $6/hour Wage Enhancement for eligible ECEs.* Access to professional development opportunities, supportive leadership, and a positive, team-oriented environment.
