We are looking for a full-time ECE to join us in our nature-based childcare program, supporting up to 16 children (ages 3–6) alongside an experienced co-educator. We spend a large portion of each day in Vic West’s Banfield Park and the surrounding community, engaging with the natural world through a lens of curiosity, care, and respect. Rain or shine, we believe that all weather is good weather when you’re dressed for it. Our program runs continuously all year long with two one-week breaks in December and March.
