We are currently seeking a dynamic and compassionate ECE Program Director to lead and support our team at our new facility.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The ECE Program Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of our early learning programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education that aligns with licensing regulations and our organization’s philosophy. This role involves leadership, mentorship, program planning, and administrative oversight.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
  • Registration with the appropriate provincial College of Early Childhood Educators
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of licensing and regulatory requirements for childcare programs
  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is an asset
