We are currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Site Supervisor to lead one of our CCTR (California Center-Based Child Care and Development Program) locations in California. This role is critical in maintaining the operational, regulatory, and instructional quality of the program while ensuring compliance with Title 5, Title 22, and CDE CCTR funding requirements. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, regulatory expertise, and a commitment to inclusive, high-quality early learning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess a valid California Child Development Site Supervisor Permit (or higher) issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC)
  • A minimum of 24 ECE units, 16 General Education units, and 6 units in administration/supervision, plus supervised field experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a licensed early childhood education program, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
  • Strong understanding of CDE’s Desired Results System (DRDP), Title 5 and Title 22 regulations, and California Early Learning Foundations
  • Experience working with CCTR or CSPP state-funded programs highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Must pass all required California background checks, health screenings, and TB testing
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

Responsibilities

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor enrollment and eligibility documentation in accordance with CCTR contract requirements, in partnership with agency administration or subsidy coordinators.
  • Submit reports, DRDP data, attendance, and other documentation to central office or funding agencies as needed.
  • Support the maintenance of a safe, clean, and welcoming facility that promotes health, safety, and well-being for children and staff.
