About You: You are a fully registered ECE or Primary trained kaiako with leadership experience or the clear drive to step up. Pedagogical practice is anchored in Te Whāriki and a commitment to child-led discovery. Authentic leadership comes naturally through an approachable coaching style and professional integrity.
