We offer stimulating areas for exploration, including a separate nursery and preschool, alongside shared spaces for tuakana-teina interactions. Our tamariki enjoy a fantastic backyard play area that was fully revamped in 2022, providing a high-quality outdoor environment. As part of Busy Bees Aotearoa, you are supported by robust professional systems and a nationwide network that invests in your leadership growth and career pathways. About You: You are a fully registered ECE or Primary trained kaiako with leadership experience or clear potential. You are warm, approachable, and proactive, with excellent communication skills. You understand how to translate children’s interests into a documented journey using Te Whāriki as your base. A heart-centred leader, you can coach a team with honesty and kindness to grow teacher capability. The Mahi: As Team Leader, you provide pedagogical leadership while overseeing the daily flow of your space. You will lead curriculum planning and assessment , experiment and innovate with our core philosophies , and foster a cohesive, supportive team spirit. While you support the Centre Manager with enrolments and professional enquiries , your primary focus is modelling exceptional practice and ensuring the highest standards of care, documentation, and hygiene are maintained.
