Description:

FAMILY DESCRIPTION

Sales Strategy, Operations & Support (SS) contains the support of sales organisation through main building blocks.i) Creation and driving of business sales strategy as well as identification and understanding of the drivers of short and long-term business performance. Provision of appropriate sales support to facilitate sales excellence.ii) Supports development of sales opportunities and offers and ensures timely delivery of high quality offers. Contains analysis, setting, and monitoring of prices and conditions in alignment with the overall business strategy.iii) Comprises positioning and selling of Nokia’s solutions to customers in coordination with sales and presales teams with an inclusive customer engagement plan.

SUBFAMILY DESCRIPTION

Sales Engagement & Solutioning (SES) comprises the identification of new businesses focusing on future technologies and the setting of sales strategies to develop new business opportunities. Contains driving of Nokia’s solutions across business groups, positions and selling of Nokia’s solutions to customers in coordination with sales and / or presales teams through a consultative selling approach. Covers delivery of business consulting services (tactical & strategic business cases) with an inclusive customer engagement plan to maximise Nokia’s portfolio adoption

  • Take ownership and support Regional Solutions team in bid preparations and related activities by providing quality response for RFx / Solution within given timelines.
  • Individual contributor to provide bid deliverables (e.g. Product BOQ, Configuration , Statement of compliance Solution description , risk log, project plan , assumptions, SOR, acceptance, Cost etc.)
  • Thoroughly understand the RFx requirement and provide highlevel architecture and associated product with releases to best align to the customer requirements
  • Provide most optimized solution from Nokia Portfolio
  • Working Knowledge of LTE and 5G architecture .
  • Must have gone through 3GPP and IETF specification .
  • Understanding of Nokia’s Enterprise Campus Edge Portfolio will be an added advantage
  • Hands on knowledge of Nokia’s global Cost management tool .
  • Coordination and consolidation of multiple team inputs in terms of SoC response, Service Description, Service Costings etc. in required customer format.
  • Solution sign-off with Delivery and Market team along with all required process approval related to deviations, costing etc.
  • Support Global teams in updating and developing Product /services’ portfolio and cost management tools.
  • Good understanding of project life cycle ie Planning , Deployment and Care/TSS .
  • Proactively leading e2e solutions in alignment with customer requirement to ensure effectiveness and completeness
  • Preferred background in Core operations , Technical Support , Integration and Presales
  • Hands on and Subject Matter Expertise in Core and Radio
  • Good understanding on Standard Nokia reference Solutions w.r.t. the following use cases GSM-R, private Wireless, Airport/ports, Mines , Devices and Drones etc
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office/Excel is mandatory
