As an ECE Technical Sales Remote Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in empowering our Sales and Customer Solutions Architect teams by analyzing customer RFPs and tailoring Nokia’s Enterprise Campus Edge Solutions to meet their unique needs. You will collaborate closely with an inclusive team of about 50 experts across hubs in India, Hungary, and Mexico, driving innovative solutions that enhance our customers’ experiences.   • Assess customer RFPs and input documents to tailor Nokia’s Enterprise Campus Edge solutions to meet specific needs.
  • Collaborate closely with CNS ECE Sol Sales and Technical Sales/CSAs teams to define solutions and align technical requirements.
  • Provide expert technical remote support for CNS ECE Sol portfolio and assist during bid defenses and customer presentations.
  • Drive the creation of business cases for technology proposals, highlighting the value and architecture offered to customers.
  • Create and review technical offers and deliverables, ensuring clarity and accuracy in documentation such as SoWs and BoMs.
  • Establish strong, trusting relationships with internal stakeholders, facilitating open communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in periodic reviews to track status of sales opportunities, gather feedback, and identify gaps in the product portfolio.
  • Adhere strictly to NOKIA’s sales and process guidelines to ensure quality and compliance in all operations.
