In our Reggio Emilia-inspired centre, our Kaiako act as facilitators, guiding children's learning and supporting their interests and ideas. This is a part-time role - 30 hours per week. About You | Mōu Previous experience in an ECE environment is an advantage, but we'll also consider candidates who demonstrate: A warm, approachable nature that makes our whānau and tamariki feel truly at home. Plenty of initiative and a proactive "can-do" spirit to keep our daily flow moving. Great communication skills to build quick rapport with everyone in our community.
