JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals for the roles of ECE, ECEA or ECE IT. The ideal candidates will have a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children. This position involves working closely with children to support their development, learning, and well-being in a classroom setting.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working with children in an educational or caregiving setting is preferred.
• A background in early childhood education or related field is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children are essential traits for success in this role.
• Certification or training related to early childhood education is an asset but not mandatory.

• Valid First Aid/CPR Certificate

Salary: $21-$30 (includes $6 Wage enhancement where eligible)

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space that meets health and safety regulations.
• Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to ensure inclusivity in the learning environment.
• Foster positive relationships with children while promoting social skills, emotional regulation, and conflict resolution.
