Your Impact at Empire
The Site Administrator provides general administrative support for the low rise construction team and assists with queries from the staff, trades, and homeowners in a professional and timely manner.
This role is located at our Riverland Site in Breslau, ON.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the point of contact for visitors, trades, and staff via in-person, email, or telephone.
  • Monitor and respond to general inquiries or requests from the assigned Construction Site mailbox. Escalate or redirect queries to the appropriate Site Superintendent or team member.
  • Order and maintain office and construction supplies for the assigned Construction location.
  • Create VPOs as requested by assigned site Superintendents or Assistant Superintendents, initiates the process, and follows up to obtain approvals
  • Schedule appointments for frame walk or house key pick up with the homeowner as directed by the Site Superintendent.
  • Distribute site health & safety packages to the Trades for orientation. Obtains and uploads required training records to the appropriate file in SharePoint.
  • Prints, files, uploads or generate documents such as site vehicle inspection checklist, truss packages, kitchen layout, options & extras, drawings, aging reports etc., when needed or requested.
  • Adhere to company and department policies and procedures, including Health & Safety.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
