We are looking for a Warranty Administrator to join our team in the Brantford region.

Responsibilities

Receive, document, and communicate new home purchasers’ inquiries to appropriate trades and departmental associates to provide timely responses to new home customer
Coordinate follow up activities with customers, the construction team, and the service/warranty team for service warranty issues including rescheduling and scheduling trade partners
Engage managers for escalations and schedule touchpoints accordingly
Enter and complete work orders in NewStar program
