Description Greet customers in person and over the phone in a friendly, professional manner Schedule service appointments and manage the daily workflow calendar Communicate clearly with the technician regarding scheduled work and timelines Provide customers with updates on vehicle status and expected completion times Source, pull, and organize parts needed for upcoming jobs Order parts from vendors and track deliveries Maintain accurate records of parts, invoices, and work orders Manage emissions and state inspections for Parent Company fleet Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and invoicing Keep the front office and parts area clean and organized Enter checks received and bills into QuickBooks Assist with used car sales, including: Oversee purchasing, relocating, transfer of titles and making vehicles lot ready Greeting and assisting potential buyers Answering questions about available vehicles Coordinating test drives Maintaining listings (online and in-person) with accurate details and pricing Communicating with management about inventory and customer interest Helping prepare vehicles for sale (basic coordination, not mechanical work) Assisting with paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales Requirements Strong communication and customer service skills Good organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer skills (scheduling software, email, Excel, Quickbooks) Ability to learn automotive parts and terminology (experience is a plus, but not required) Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in an automotive shop, or parts store Familiarity with auto parts ordering systems or vendors
