Under the general direction of the supervisor and reporting to the director, the Echo Technologist performs/is responsible for echocardiographic exams in accordance with hospital and departmental standards. Required Qualifications: * Coursework/Training: Successful completion of an echocardiography ultrasound technology program. * Upon hire: National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography * Upon hire: National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International * Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association * Clinic experience. * 2 years performing cardiac ultrasound in a clinic setting. * Electronic troubleshooting experience.
