JOB SUMMARY:

F nderstanding of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, data workflows, and technical implementation to support healthcare operations and business intelligence needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) in a healthcare or medical practice environment.
• Strong experience in reporting and data extraction from EHR systems.
• Proven knowledge of eCW API architecture and integration capabilities.
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or other healthcare data exchange standards is a plus.
• Ability to interpret data for operational, clinical, and financial purposes.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Healthcare IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Develop and maintain data integrations via eClinicalWorks APIs with other systems (e.g., billing, CRM, patient portals, analytics tools).
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and data security in all operations.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and provide timely resolutions.
• Document workflows, integration maps, and technical processes.
• Stay updated on eCW feature updates and best practices.
