Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager with a passion for eco-friendly solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in the eco sector. This role involves managing a team while also demonstrating the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will foster relationships with lead generation companies, think creatively, and contribute to our marketing efforts, including managing meta ads and updating our company website.
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage and lead a sales and marketing team, ensuring they are motivated and aligned with company goals.- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and build relationships with lead generation companies.- Provide weekly reports on sales performance, marketing initiatives, and team progress.- Think outside the box to create innovative marketing campaigns, especially within the eco sector.- Oversee the management of meta ads, ensuring they align with budgetary constraints while generating quality leads.- Maintain and update the company website to ensure it reflects current offerings and engages visitors.- Collaborate with team members to generate a strong pipeline of leads for A&D.
Qualifications:-
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales/marketing role within the eco sector.- Experience with the GBIS scheme is a plus.- Background in solar or renewable energy is highly desirable.- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Creative mindset with a passion for innovative marketing solutions.- Proficient in managing digital marketing campaigns, including meta ads
