Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager capable of running 3 Regions in Scotland for ECO Installations of ASHP, Solar PV, Battery Storage and Home Insulation works. If you’re passionate about assisting homeowners to save money and improve their energy efficiency while taking advantage of government-backed grants, this is the opportunity for you!
This is a target-driven role with all leads provided and an OTE of £120,000 pa.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role within the energy or home improvement sector.
  • Previous experience managing teams
  • Knowledge of ECO4 and HES Funding Scheme
  • Valid driving license
  • Strong communication skills and customer-centric approach
  • CRM Software Proficiency
  • Strong organizational skills for efficient management of multiple leads, teams, and appointments
  • Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
Responsibilities
  • Lead Qualification: Handle and qualify incoming leads by assessing customer eligibility for the ECO4 grant scheme and/or HES funding.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Educate clients on the benefits of the ECO4/HES Schemes including energy savings, home comfort, and property value enhancement.
  • Customer Support: Provide clear guidance and support to homeowners through the application process, answering queries and explaining the requirements.
  • Follow-ups and Relationship Building: Maintain regular follow-up communications with potential clients to ensure they understand the steps involved in the grant process.
  • Proficiency in CRM Management: Log all client interactions in the CRM system and track the progress of leads from start to completion.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.
