Are you passionate about improving homes, cutting carbon emissions, and making a real difference? We’re on the lookout for a skilled and motivated ECO4 Surveyor to join our growing team, helping deliver top-quality energy efficiency upgrades under the ECO4, GBIS & ECO4 Flex schemes.
If you’re a qualified Retrofit Assessor, Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA), and hold a Traditional Building qualification — we’d love to hear from you.

• Conduct on-site ECO4 surveys following PAS 2035 standards.
• Complete Retrofit Assessment reports — from occupancy to ventilation calculations.
• Assess and record key data on buildings, making the right recommendations for long-term improvements.
• Use iPads to capture and upload all findings in real time.
• Work closely with our Retrofit Coordinator and technical team to deliver precise, compliant outputs.
• Clearly guide customers through the ECO4 process with professionalism and care.
• Collect supporting evidence for ECO 4 flex applications
