Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The EcoCoach Educator (Planning & Delivery) will have two core responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality PE sessions at Hawthorn Primary School each afternoon, following EcoCoach lesson plans and upholding our child-first, inclusive philosophy.
  • Supporting planning and curriculum preparation for other EcoCoach schools in the mornings, ensuring all coaches receive clear, consistent, and high-quality session plans.

The role also includes opportunities to support holiday camp preparation, QA processes, and operational admin tasks, working closely with the Head of Operations.

This role is designed as a long-term position with clear opportunities for growth. As EcoCoach continues to expand, the successful candidate will have the chance to:

  • Take on greater responsibility for curriculum planning and delivery coordination.
  • Lead holiday camps or support quality assurance visits.
  • Progress into a future Lead Educator or QA Lead role, with increased hours and responsibilities
