Following its recent acquisition by SLR, Wardell Armstrong forms part of a leading global environmental and sustainability consultancy working on projects across the world from over 100 offices. Through continued growth and success, WA/SLR is looking to recruit graduate ecologists into its established ecology team at its office in Stoke on Trent.

• Initially assist with and then independently undertake extended habitat surveys as your skills improve;
• Assist experienced ecologists with protected species (e.g. great crested newt, bat, badger and reptile) surveys giving you experience towards gaining protected species survey licences;
• Assist and then independently write a variety of ecological reports including for Biodiversity Net Gain;
• Be exposed to the full breadth of ecological consultancy in a short space of time;
• Gain insights into the planning system and infrastructure development in the UK
