We empower our associates to become true experts through extensive product training, mentorship, and professional development. At SCHEELS, you aren't just an employee—you’re an owner. * Become an Owner: Join our 100% Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) at no cost to you. You'll start earning ownership after your first year (1,000 hours) and become fully vested in just three years. Continue to build wealth with 401(k) options (eligible after your first quarter). * Best Discount in Retail: Enjoy our famous associate discount on the brands you love. * Community Impact: Get paid to volunteer up to 2 hours per month! THE IDEAL CANDIDATE We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and treat every customer like the most important person in the building. * Culture Fit: You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others. * Skills: Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting. * Physicality: This is a "heavy lifting" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs. * Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.
