As a working student in the eCom logistics area you will take ownership on certain parts of our supply chain and project management.

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring optimal daily customer order and return fulfilment KPIs in selected areas.
  • Support the continuous improvement program in cooperation with the 3PL warehouse operations to optimize cost-benefit relation.
  • Support the supervision of the 3PL cost budget in defined business areas.
  • Create clear performance reporting on operational processes and/or KPIs.
  • Support communication and cooperation with customer representatives within C&A and external service providers
  • Support Inbound supplier delivery compliance and evaluate Value Added Services in case of supplier deviations
  • Monitor Inbound claims internal C&A if data transfer issues occur. Coordination with C&A Tech department.
  • Support the Transport Manager for any logistical questions regarding click & collect store deliveries and returns.
