Job Summary: The eComm Marketing Specialist II supports the execution of program campaigns. Focuses on development and execution of campaigns to drive engagement, sales, and consumer retention. Responsibilities may include campaign coordination, creative briefing, QA testing, campaign analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities: 30% Supports execution of brand, promotional, lifecycle, and triggered marketing to achieve engagement and financial objectives. 20% Supports campaign execution process, including creative briefing, scheduling, creative development, review, QA, deployment, and reporting. Strives for accuracy and timeliness in these efforts. 20% Executes and assists with developing testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies. Supports marketing acquisition campaigns execution. 15% Performs typical reporting using existing processes. Assists with ad hoc analysis to identify insights, trends, and behaviors to improve program performance. 5% Participates in vendor meetings and administration of deliverables. 5% Performs other duties as assigned. Additional Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience. • Typically requires 2-4 years of professional experience, and general proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job. • Experience executing Email marketing program(s) • Familiar with email program management: segmentation, production, QA, deliverability, lifecycle marketing. • Experience working with digital email tools • Strong verbal and written skills • Ability to organize and prioritize work and logically develop work plans, troubleshoot, solve problems in dynamic fast paced work environment • Must be highly detail oriented, analytical, and skilled in working with data • Travel: None • Work Schedule: Standard Hours Career Band: Professional Jobs on this career band have a knowledge management focus and are primarily responsible for results achieved through their own work.
