Spotlight Retail Group, Australia’s largest privately-owned and operated family retail business, is seeking an Ecommerce Onboarding Coordinator to join our dynamic eCommerce team in South Melbourne.
This hybrid role offers the chance to make a real impact by managing the complete lifecycle of supplier onboarding, product enrichment, and go-live across our iconic brands: Spotlight, Anaconda, and Harris Scarfe

• Supplier Onboarding & Training: Guide and train suppliers through the entire onboarding process, providing expert assistance with internal tools (SAP, MIRAKL, Excel) and troubleshooting.
• Product Data Enrichment: Ensure product information is impeccable, meeting our guidelines, SEO requirements, and platform taxonomy for optimal visibility.
• Go-Live Management: Orchestrate the final stages of onboarding, ensuring products are accurately listed and launched on our websites on schedule.
• Supplier Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, proactively resolving issues, answering queries, and offering ongoing support.
