The Ecommerce Account Manager plays a critical role in managing sales, assortments, promotions, events, marketing activities, and channel strategy across all digital retail online e-commerce channels. This role drives sales growth by optimizing content, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and leading initiatives to enhance the online customer experience and increase category sales.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2- 3 years proven experience in ecommerce sales management or account management role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools. Proficiency in Power BI preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to travel throughout North America as required for trade shows and customer visits.
