Description The Accounting Associate will report to the e-Comm Finance & Accounting Manager and will assist with billing, and recording routine transactions and reconciliations associated with 80+ stores within the e-Comm business function. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains daily cash activity and books routine cash entries Enters credit card reports into general ledger Reconciles various basic general ledger accounts Prepares basic journal entries for month-end close Assists e-Comm Finance & Accounting Manager with general ledger analysis Runs month-end reports Researches and clears general ledger reconciling items Supports the Finance Team in the coordination of the quarterly review and annual audit with outside auditors, including preparation of work papers Maintains adequate documentation and support for financial records Requirements Associates degree in Accounting or equivalent experience 3+ years of directly related experience (bookkeeping, accounting specialist) Attention to detail and commitment to quality financial reporting Intermediate Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Previous experience with NetSuite and QuickBooks desirable, but not required Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment Strong planning and organizational skills, self-motivated and resourceful in problem solving Excellent Communication skills and collaboration with internal and external customers Something Inked, LLC offers comprehensive benefits program, which includes: Medical, Dental and Vision effective 1st day of month following 60 days of employment 401K with 6% Company match after 6 months of employment PTO accrual beginning first day of employment Performance and growth sharing wealth and/or career building incentives/advancements Coaching and mentorship from servant leadership
