Bring Barker’s to life across ecommerce and retail! We’re on the lookout for a motivated, detail‑driven Ecommerce & Activation Specialist to join our FMCG team based in Ponsonby. This is a newly created role where you’ll play a hands‑on part in executing our ecommerce, digital, and in‑store activation strategies across Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC), third‑party retailer platforms, and major FMCG retailers. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and external partners to ensure our products are accurately represented, campaigns are flawlessly executed, and our consumers enjoy a seamless experience wherever they shop. Key Responsibilities · Execute product launches and promotional campaigns across the Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC) ecommerce platform · Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, inventory, and content across all digital commerce platforms · Manage and optimise product content on third‑party retailer ecommerce sites · Coordinate and deliver digital activations on retailer platforms, including banners and sponsored listings · Liaise with retailer ecommerce teams to ensure timely updates, accuracy, and compliance · Support and execute agreed in‑store activation plans with major FMCG retailers · Coordinate POS materials, displays, and promotional set‑ups with field sales teams · Monitor and report on ecommerce and in‑store activation performance, providing insights and recommendations · Support digital execution for NPD launches and base business campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels What We’re Looking For · A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital, Business, or a related field · 2+ years’ experience in ecommerce, retail activation, FMCG marketing, or digital execution · Experience managing online product content and working with CMS platforms or retailer portals · Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail · Confidence working with analytics and performance reporting · A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and strong communication skills · A collaborative, team‑first approach What We Offer · Shape brands with purpose - Help build brands that stand for quality, care, and great taste · Innovation with heart - Work in an environment where ideas are encouraged, creativity is valued, and outcomes matter · Grow with us - Join a business that continues to expand its portfolios, capabilities, and opportunities · Purpose, people, and place - Enjoy a culture built on collaboration, community and care Submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your interest and relevant experience.
