Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive, can-do eCommerce & Admin Assistant to work closely with our founder. This is not your average desk job - you’ll be hands-on with order fulfilment, helping launch exciting new products, supporting marketing campaigns and prepping for industry events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Order fulfilment: Pick, pack and process customer orders via Shopify with care and attention to detail
  • Keep stock organised and shipments running smoothly
  • Assist with product launches, expo preparation and business development projects
  • Support marketing efforts, including content coordination and partnership outreach
  • Help with general admin tasks that keep our business humming
