Description
We are looking for a tech-savvy Ecommerce Administrator to manage and optimize our online storefronts. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, content updates, and performance analysis to drive online sales for our Australian business. Platform-agnostic skills are key. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce). Upload and update product listings, images, descriptions, and pricing. Configure and manage promotions, discounts, and landing pages. Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, liaising with developers or vendors as needed. Monitor site performance and generate reports on sales, traffic, and customer behavior. Ensure a seamless and secure customer checkout experience. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field. Proven experience administering an e-commerce platform in a commercial setting, preferably supporting international markets. Platform-agnostic with a willingness to learn new systems; specific experience with Magento, Shopify, HubSpot, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is advantageous. Analytical mind with experience using Google Analytics or similar tools. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
