Reporting to the Director, Inventory Management/Ecommerce, the Ecommerce Analyst, is responsible for analyzing and interpreting e-commerce data to optimize the performance of our online retail operations. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce metrics, consumer behavior, and market trends, with a focus on improving sales, conversion rates, and overall user experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
This is an 18 month contract role.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an E-commerce Analyst or in a similar analytical role within the retail apparel industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, Tableau).
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and digital marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization tools.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and email marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development practices is a plus.
